
I haven’t updated in awhile, due to a major mommy melt-down from lack of privacy, lack of vitamins and lack of decent food.
Two weeks ago some friends of mine traveled from Seattle to spend a few days here, with me, in my house, in my car, in my fridge, and on my floor. It was awesome. Because of this though, I didn’t get much sleep, nor did I exercise, eat right or remember to take my vitamins every day. Believe me, I can feel it now. Hardcore.
I did happen to squeeze in one yoga class while they were here, but since one of the friends joined me and wasn’t taking it seriously, I felt preoccupied and didn’t get out of the class what I really wanted. I usually leave feeling energized and refreshed, but this time I felt like eating a box of chocolates and crawling under my covers to sleep. Honestly, I love my friends; I just love them in small amounts, like in a hotel where they can give me a bit o’ privacy.
Things are back to normal now since they left two days ago. I still feel somewhat edgy, making me think it’s time to buy massive amounts of water and eat large quantities of fruits and veggies to get my body back on track. I’m gonna miss the tortilla concoctions and tequila sunrises AT SUNRISE, though.
Friends are bad for our health sometimes, but ah, their so much fun!!!
