Too Easy Salisbury Steak 02/14/12
Salisbury Steak is the ultimate comfort food and a family favorite of mine. Serve over a bed of hot white rice along with a side of steamed veggies. Yummy!
I hope your family will enjoy this recipe as mine as we do. It takes little time to make and is full of flavor. Add sauteed mushrooms if you wish.

Combine ¼ cup of soup, beef, and next 4 ingredients. Shape into 4-6 patties – about ½ inch thick.

Cook patties in a skillet over medium heat on each side until browned.

Combine soup and water. Pour over patties, cover, reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes.
