I found this recipe over at Crumbs and Choas and had to give it a try. It was everything I had hoped it would be, too. I made it on a night where we had family visiting and they all wanted the recipe! This is one dish I'll make again and again.

The easiest lasagna ever! I usually put this together Sunday morning for a late afternoon dinner. Serve with a side salad and Italian bread for a complete meal. Delicious!!

Happy Halloween, everyone! This weeks menu consists of a crock pot recipe, Crock Pot Tamale Pie. It's perfect to save yourself some kitchen time while taking the kids out to trick-or-treat. I've used ground turkey in place of the ground beef and it tastes just as good.
