I think it will help me workout more, I workout now like 2-3 days a week for 20 minutes but I want to develop more endurance so I can run on the treadmill the whole time I work out.
I think it would totally motivate me!
I dont really know if it will or not, I guess it will just depent on waht i see and how i feel at the time i watch it! You never know until it is time!

Personally, i don’t think they’ll motivate me, but more likely, it’ll give me good ideas to follow if i want to lose weight and exercise more.
