My Brother’s Place 04/26/12

My little brother is such a goofball. That is why I was surprised when he asked me for help in buying his new place. He is 25 years old and I didn’t think he was anywhere near ready for that. I had no idea he was making so much money and saving it all to buy a nice home. I am very proud of him for being so responsible. When we started looking at homes I realized how clueless he really is. He was so fixated on little things and didn’t take into account the big things like structural and electrical problems. I am glad he asked me for help because if he hadn’t he might have ended up in a place that had some major issues. After he closed on the house I told him that my final piece of advice would be to research adt security systems and get one installed. Now he needed to be responsible and protect himself and his property. He seems happy to be in his own place. Who knows? Maybe his next step will be finding a nice wife.
