Crockpot 8 Can Soup 01/14/12
If you’re in a hurry in the morning to get something into your crock-pot for the evenings dinner than this is your go-to recipe. It’s quick, easy and filling, not to mention quite good!
Crockpot 8 Can Soup
1 lb ground beef
1 can vegetarian vegetable soup
1 can mixed vegetables
1 can diced tomatoes, with chilies
1 can diced tomatoes, plain
1 can whole kernel corn
1 can tomato soup
1 can chili, with beans
1 can chili, without beans
DO NOT drain the juice from the cans.
Brown ground beef. Drain well. Add into 6 qt. crock pot.
Add in all canned ingredients.
Mix together. Cook on LOW for 6-8 hours, or on HIGH for 4 hours.
Give a quick stir. Serve topped with a little shredded cheese (optional). Serve with crusty bread.
