Cauliflower Casserole Recipe 01/18/12
This is a quick recipe to serve as a main course or as a side, depending on how much cauliflower you have on hand. Add a little ham to the dish to turn this into a heartier meal.
Cauliflower Casserole
1 head of cauliflower
1 can(s) cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 c melted Velveeta cheese
1 can(s) french fried onions
Cook cauliflower until tender. Drain. Break into smaller pieces.
In a large casserole dish add cauliflower, mushroom soup and melted Velveeta cheese. Top with french fried onions.
Bake at 300F for 30-35 minutes.
