Here is an easy to do appetizer or dinner idea that will surly please a crowd. Whenever I make these wings, they are almost gone before they hit the platter. I was given a basket full of freshly picked jalapeno peppers the other day and my mind has been racing ever since trying to come up with creative and inventive ways to use them all.
